Notice of Public Consultation Town and County Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended and The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (Regulations 7(2)(b)). Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.

Proposal: Proposed residential-led development, associated uses such as open space/community infrastructure and play area, access, landscaping and associated works. Location: Land at Kittochside Road, Carmunnock, Glasgow, G44 5EH A public consultation will take place online at https://mhland.uk/Carmunnock from Wednesday 12 October 2022 with an online question and answer session 4pm to 8pm that day.

An in-person event will take place at Castlemilk Hall, 106 Waterside Road, Carmunnock, Glasgow G76 9DT on Thursday 3 November 2022, 3pm to 7pm. Comments on the proposals can be submitted via e-mail to carmunnock@miller.co.uk until 11.59pm on 17 November 2022.

Comments are not representations to the Local Planning Authority and there will be a separate opportunity to make formal representations once a planning application has been submitted.
