(B712 Rachan Mill) (Temporary Closing) Order 2022
The Scottish Borders Council (B712 Rachan Mill) (Temporary Closing) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 3 October 2022 and is expected to remain in effect until 16:00 on 5 October 2022 - 24 hour closure. The Order is required for BT works. When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B712 at Rachan Mill, from the A701 to the D54/1. The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the A701, A72 and B712 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing. (High Street, Innerleithen) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2022
The Scottish Borders Council (High Street, Innerleithen) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 21:00 on 4 October 2022 and is expected to remain in effect overnight until 06:00 on 5 October 2022. The Order is required for BTOpenreach works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on High Street, Innerleithen from a point 100 metres west of its junction with Waverley Road to a point 70 metres east of the same junction. A map showing the restriction can be seen
