Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1195 From C1193 To Woodfield Barn Coppice, Madley, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1195 From C1193 To Woodfield Barn Coppice, Madley, June of C1193. Grid Ref: 339190/238052. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Wellbrook Road onto C1193 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to drainage investigation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 26th of October 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 14 days.
