The above order made on 30th August, 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath CZ13 (Part) in the Parish of Craswall running from OS Grid Reference SO 2931 3398 to OS Grid Reference SO 2950 3420. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 2931 3398 to OS Grid Reference SO 2955 3407. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
