Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: U72016, Watery Lane, Lower Bullingham, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U72016, Watery Lane, Lower Bullingham, Morlands Bridge. Grid Ref: 352257/237815. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Lower Bullingham Lane onto Holme Lacy Road onto B4399 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to diving repair works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 17th of October 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 2 weeks.
