Notice of Intended Disposal of Open Space Land

Carlisle City Council is considering the disposal by way of the grant of a lease of a piece of land for a play area which is for identification purposes only described in the Schedule to this Notice and shown edged red on the plan which is available for inspection at the Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Fridays commencing on 30th September 2022.
This is a formal Notice given insofar as the above parcel of land consists of or forms part of an open space within the meaning of the above Section.

Objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing and addressed to M D Lambert, Corporate Director of Governance and Regulatory Services, Carlisle City Council, Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle, CA3 8QG by no later than close of business on 3rd November 2022.
