Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Splendid Restaurants (Colonel) Limited has applied to Durham County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises [to be] known as KFC, Unit 11, Durham City Retail Park, Renny's Lane, Durham DH1 2RS. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Late Night Refreshments (Both Indoor and Outdoor) " Monday to Sunday 23:00 until 01:00 hours; Opening Hours - Monday to Sunday 10:00 until 01:00 hours. Late Night Refreshments will be drive-thru and delivery only, the restaurant facility at the premises will close at 23:00 hours.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Durham City Council, Annand House, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS no later than 21 st October 2022 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Durham County Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
