(The Hawthorns, West Kyo) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022
The Council on 16/9/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 25 metres of The Hawthorns, West Kyo, adjacent to property numbers 28 to 30 to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, no diversion will be available. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 23/9/22 from 8am to 16.30pm and are anticipated to be completed in 1 day. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Dated: 29th September 2022
