TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following: Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Works to a Listed Building Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 Application Reference No. C/27/40N/LB From Eshton Hall Management Company Ltd for listed building consent for re-roofing works to main roof; re-point chimney stacks, parapet and elevations where identified as necessary; repair roof timbers; repair first floor timbers; provide new water discharge routes via gutters, downpipes, gullies and drains; repair lantern window and fit double glazed window subframes and repair leadwork to clock tower at Eshton Hall, Eshton Road, Gargrave.
