Somerset County Council District of Somerset West and Taunton Parish of Combe Florey Temporary Closure of Williton Road
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Williton Road - from the junction with Coggins Lane, northwards for a distance of 1100 metres. This Order will enable TLU Contracts to carry out works to clear two blockages on behalf of Openreach. The Order becomes effective on 29th September 2022 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 3rd October 2022 and last until 4th October 2022 between the hours of 21:00 - 06:00 for a total of 1 night. Please visit
