Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003


Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as The Bell, 617 Forest Road, Walthamstow, London, E17 4NE applied to Waltham Forest London Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is:

1. To extend the hours of the sale of alcohol, plays, indoor sporting events, films live music, recorded music and entertainment similar to live & recorded music to commence at 09:00 hours Mondays to Saturdays and 11:00 hours Sundays. There is no change to the terminal hour

2. To amend the New Years trading permission to allow the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and opening hours to commence at 09:00 hours Mondays to Saturdays and 11:00 hours Sundays until start of permitted hours the following day.

3. To add the provision of late night refreshment Mondays to Thursdays 23:00 to 23:30; Fridays & Saturdays
23:00 hours to 00:30 hours.

4. To remove the trading restrictions conditions/permissions on Good Friday & Christmas Day and outdated conditions on the Premises Licence, as detailed in our application.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Council, Resident Services, 3 The Square, Leyton, E10 5NR, or via email to licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk no later than 19 October 2022 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Waltham Forest London Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.walthamforest.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
