GAS MAIN REPLACEMENT WORKS - VICTORIA PARK AREA TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.


WHAT, WHERE AND WHEN:









The following roads are to be closed to
all vehicles with no parking – no waiting at any time and no loading/ unloading at any time

Bengal Road, from
the junction of Fernside Road to the junction
of Namu Road, and associated junctions
Phase 1
31st October

Victoria Road, from the junction of Namu Road to the junction of  Eldon Road, and associated junctions

Victoria Road, from the junction of Eldon Road to the junction with Victoria Park Road, and associated junctions

Boundary Road Service Road/Footway, from the junction of Norton Road to the junction of Eldon Road

WHY: Essential Gas Main Replacement Works to be carried out on behalf of SGN. Works
to be carried out over phases
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
DIVERSION: Via Withermore Road, Wimborne Road, Talbot Road, Talbot Avenue and Boundary Road (and vice versa)
VIEW AT: https://one.network/?tm=130763421 These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
