LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION

We, Easy Rusty Bar Ltd give notice that we have applied to Harlow District Council for the grant of a new premises licence at The Queens Head public house, 26 Churchgate Street, Harlow CM17 0JT to:

1. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol Monday to Saturday from 11:00hrs until 23:30hrs and Sunday from 12:00hrs until 22:30hrs.

2. Permit the premises to be open on Monday to Saturday from 11:00hrs until 00:30hrs, Sunday from 12:00hrs until 23:00hrs.

3. Allow extended hours for licensable activities on notable days.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Harlow District Council, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1WG Website: www.harlow.gov.uk/licensing Tel: 01279 446655. Representations must be received no later 18th October 2022.

The Application record and Register may be viewed between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited), under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
