Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1105 From The Stoggles To Lower House Farm, Upper Ivington, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1105 From The Stoggles To Lower House Farm, Upper Ivington, opposite Stone House. Grid Ref: 345657/255845. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via C1106 Ivington To Cross Cottage onto the C1106 Cross Cottage onto the C1106 From A4110 onto the A4110 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to frame and cover works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 24th of October 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
