The London Borough of Barnet, Oakleigh Road Depot, Oakleigh Road South, New Southgate N11 1HJ is applying for a variance in their operator's licence at Oakleigh Road Depot, N11 1HJ operating centre to increase the limit of vehicles to 100 (from 70) and remain at 6 trailers (from 6). The depot will also increase in size with the purchase of the old Brogans Yard next to the railway line away from areas of Conurbation. The entrance and exit to the yard will still be the existing gate, which is located at 85 Oakleigh Road South, N11 1HJ.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
