Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Iris Plaister (formerly known as Iris Blazier) deceased retired of 6 Silverwood Alderbury Salisbury Wiltshire SP5 3TN who died on the 22nd April 2013 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to Edward Tapper, 9 Bell Lane, Wheatley, Oxford, OX33 1XY, and to send such particulars not later than the 31st October 2013 after which date the Executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have then had notice.
