Millgate Arts Centre Limited have applied for the variation of a Premises Licence number PL0220 in relation to Millgate Arts Centre, Stoneswood Road, Delph Oldham OL3 5DY. The variation, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place: sale of alcohol on and off the premises, provision of of regulated entertainment - Sunday to Thursday 09:00 23:00 and Friday & Saturday 09:00 23:59.

Representations should be made within 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
