Blandford Road Poole, Temporary Traffic Notice

BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL BLANDFORD ROAD, POOLE - UTILITY WORKS SUSPENSION OF CYCLE LANES TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, in exercise of Its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHERE & WHAT: Blandford Road - suspension of cycle lanes on both sides of the road between the junctions of Sandy Lane and Old Bound Road - cycle lanes closed to all cyclists. WHEN: From Monday 10 October to Friday 21 October 2022

WHY: to facilitate a new connection by Wessex Water

ACCESS: Full Emergency Service access will be maintained.

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
