REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal(s) by Newlands Property Developments LLP (SPV Equites Newlands (Basingstoke) Limited Relating to the application(s) to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council For Demolition of three dwellings, outbuildings and related structures and proposed construction of commercial and industrial units (use class B8) with ancillary offices (use class E(g)(i), associated infrastructure works (including parking and landscaping), and full details of site levels, access, drainage, tree retention and diversion of underground pipeline at Land At Oakdown Farm, A30, Dummer, RG23 7LS
