Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Bridgwater Temporary Closure of Westonzoyland Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Westonzoyland Road - from the junction with Loxleigh Avenue westwards for a total distance of 153 metres. This Order will enable Network Rail to carry out a bridge survey. The Order becomes effective on 11th October 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 22nd October 2022 and last until 23rd October 2022 between the hours of 21:30 - 05:30 for a total of 1 night.
