NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Licensing Act 2003

Notice is given that Dobbies Garden Centres Limited has applied to Richmond Council for a new premises licence at little dobbies Richmond, 54 George Street, Richmond TW9 1HJ to:
- Supply alcohol on and off the premises and play recorded music Monday-Saturday 09:00-21:00 and Sunday 10:00-21:00

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 20 October 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Richmond Licensing Authority Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.richmond.gov.uk

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
