The Borough Council Of Bolton Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 Foxholes Road, Horwich -Temporary Closure
The Council has made an order, operative from 5 October 2022 between the hours of 7am and 5.30pm approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Foxholes Road from Manor Rd to Marklands Rd for telecoms works. Alternate route will be via Chorley Old Rd, Georges Lane. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
