Notice Of Public Path Order Town And Country Planning Act 1990, Section 257 Stroud District Council Footpath MST2 Grove Lane Stonehouse Diversion Order 2022

1. The above Order was confirmed on the 26th September 2022. The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath situated between A (OS Coordinates 380023, 206257) and B (OS Coordinates 380128, 206382) which measures approximately 170 metres long and unknown width shall be diverted between points C (OS Coordinates 380023, 206257) and D (OS Coordinates 380128, 206382) measuring approximately 170 metres long and approximately 2 metres wide and shown on the Order plan.

This Order was confirmed on the 26* September 2022 but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Town and Country Planning Act (TCPA) 1990, or on the ground that any requirement of the TCPA 1990 has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, they may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the TCPA 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the TCPA 1990.
