Notice of Application for Premises Licence

We, Top Table Distribution Ltd hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Top Table Distribution, 9 Quarry Brow, Barrow-in-Furness, LA14 4NY.

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are Sale of Alcohol: Mon-Sun, 08:00-18:00 (off-sales only, no public access).

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing by no later than 18/10/2022 to the Licensing Manager, Environmental Health Department, Barrow Borough Council, Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 2LD.

A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessley to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
