(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON VARIOUS ROADS AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH IN CROXLEY GREEN) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
a) that length of Lancing Way, Croxley Green from its junction with Malvern Way north eastwards to its junction with Baldwins Lane, a distance of approximately 277m.
An alternative route will be via Malvern Way, Barton Way, Fuller Way, Repton Way and Lancing Way.
b) that length of Green Lane, Croxley Green from its junction with The Green north westwards, south westwards and eastwards to its junction with Croxley Green Public Footpath No.004, a distance of approximately 189m. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. To prohibit all pedestrians from using Croxley Green Public Footpath No.004 from its junction with Green Lane south westwards to its junction with Copthorne Road, a distance of approximately 94m ("the Public Footpath"). There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out. However pedestrian access to properties along this Public Footpath will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads and Public Footpath.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 October 2022 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads and Public Footpath. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A412 ST ALBANS ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A412 St Albans Road, Watford from its junction with Garston Lane north eastwards and northwards for a distance of approximately 250m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, A41 North Western Avenue, A405 North Orbital Road and A412 St Albans Road. The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 October 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of The Mead, Carpenders Park from its westernmost junction with Foxleys north eastwards for a distance of approximately 200m.
An alternative route will be via Foxleys and The Mead.
2. that length of Frankland Road, Croxley Green from its junction with A412 Watford Road south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Harvey Road, a distance of approximately 601m.
An alternative route will be via A412 Watford Road and Harvey Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

3. that length of Penrose Avenue, Carpenders Park from its junction with Greenfield Avenue north eastwards, south eastwards, south westwards and north westwards to its junction with Alva Way, a distance of approximately 902m.
An alternative route will be via Greenfield Avenue and Alva Way.
4. that length of Alva Way, Carpenders Way from its junction with Penrose Avenue north westwards for a distance of approximately 28m.
An alternative route will be via Penrose Avenue, Greenfield Avenue and Alva Way.
5. that length of Grove Crescent, Croxley Green from its westernmost junction with Baldwins Lane north eastwards, south eastwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 507m.
An alternative route will be via Baldwins Lane.
6. that length of Lovatts, Croxley Green from its junction with Grove Crescent north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
7. the road fronting Nos.27-37 Hamilton Road, South Oxhey from its junction with Hamilton Road north eastwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
8. that length of Talbot Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with High Street south eastwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 298m.

9. that length of Marlins Close, Chorleywood from its junction with A404 Chenies Road eastwards, northwards and southwards for its entire length. 10. that length of Hillborough Green, South Oxhey from its junction with Ashburnham Drive south eastwards for its entire length.

11. that length of Crofters Road, Northwood from its junction with Westbury Road south eastwards to its junction with Woodfield Avenue, a distance of approximately 382m.

12. that length of Follett Drive, Abbotts Langley from its junction with Langley Lane south westwards and south eastwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
13. that length of School Mead, Abbots Langley from its junction with Hazelwood Lane south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Gable Close, a distance of approximately 142m.
An alternative route will be via Hazelwood Lane and School Mead. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

1. that length of Rousebarn Lane, Croxley Green from a point 11m north west of its junction with Little Green Lane south eastwards and eastwards for a distance of approximately 763 m.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of A411 Barnet Lane, Borehamwood from its junction with the Furzehill Road/Farriers Way roundabout south westwards, north westwards, south westwards and westwards for a distance of approximately 1176m.
An alternative route will be via A411 Barnet Lane, A1 Barnet Way (Barnet Bypass), A41 Edgware Way (Watford Bypass), A5183 (Elstree Hill South/ High Street) and A411 Barnet Lane.
3. that length of A41 North Western Avenue (Watford Bypass), Elstree from a point 97 m north west of its junction with the A5183 Elstree Hill South roundabout north westwards for a distance of approximately 880m.
An alternative route will be via A41 North Western Avenue (Watford Bypass), A5183 (Elstree Hill South/High Street), A411 (Watford Road/Elstree Road) and A41 North Western Avenue (Watford Bypass).
4. that length of Church Hill, Bedmond from its junction with Sergehill Lane north eastwards and north westwards to its junction with Bedmond Road, a distance of approximately 244m.
An alternative route will be via High Street, Bedmond Road, Tibbs Hill Road, Langley Lane, South Way, Hunton Bridge Hill, Bridge Road, A41 Watford Road, A4251 (Watford Road/High Street/Hempstead Road/London Road), A4146 Station Road, A414 Station Road, A4147 Leverstock Green Way and Bedmond Road.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing telephone pole is proposed to be executed near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 26 September 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
