NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT AND SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION UNDER REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017
AND AMENDMENTS TO PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Proposed development at: Land At Sutton Court Farm North Park Langley SL3 8AU Notice is hereby given that Ingrebourne Valley Limited has submitted further information and amendments to the Council in support of its planning application reference: CM/0049/21 for which an Environmental Statement has already been provided. The application seeks permission for phased extraction of an allocated sand and gravel deposit, including for the construction and use of a new bell mouth access off North Park; Establishment and use of ancillary activities; and the importation of reclamation material with restoration to high quality agricultural land and nature conservation habitat on land at Sutton Court Farm, Langley, Buckinghamshire. The application and ES were submitted on 18.11.2021. The reason for advertising is that further information has been received in relation to an EIA application accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Anyone who wishes to inspect copies of the applications, plans, environmental statements and other documents submitted with the applications, or make representations about the applications, may do so online at
