Notice is hereby given that: Power Leisure Bookmakers Limited of the following address: Waterfront, Hammersmith Embankment, Chancellors Road , London, W6 9HP are applying for a Betting (other) premises licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: Paddy Power, 34/36 High Street, Whitton, TW2 7LT. The application has been made to: Richmond Licensing Authority, c/o Regulatory Services Partnership (serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX licensing@merton.gov.uk

Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
