Richmondshire District Council Local Government Act 1972 - Section 123(2a) Disposal Of Land Comprising Public Open Space

Notice is hereby given that Richmondshire District Council intends to dispose of an area of land comprising public open space being land at the east side of Honey Pot Road, Brompton on Swale, North Yorkshire, DL10 7HT.
The disposal of the Land would be by way of a freehold transfer for development purposes to Broadacres Housing Association. A plan of the Land is available to view by appointment at Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond, DL10 4JX. Before making any further decision on the proposed disposal of the Land, the Council will consider any objections or written representations received. All objections or written representations should be in writing sent to Richmondshire District Council at the address below, no later than 14 October 2022.
