Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Take notice that on 15/09/2022, we, Doner Summer Ltd, of 113 Echo Central One, Cross Green Lane, Leeds, LS9 8FH made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises: 38 Gillygate, York, YO31 7EQ. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk Representations must be received by no later than 13 October 2022 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made.

Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows: sale by retail of alcohol 1200 to 2200 Mon to Thurs, 1200 to 2230 Fri & Sat, 1200 to 2130 Sun It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
