The County Of Cumbria (Various Roads, South Lakeland Area) (Consolidation Of Traffic Regulations)
(Order 2002) (Ulverston - No. 9) Variation Order 20><

1. Cumbria County Council hereby give notice that it proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1, 2, 19, 32, 35, 35A, 38, 45, 46, 47, 49, 51, 53 and 64 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the proposed Order will be to: -

(a) Introduce "No Waiting At Any Time" restrictions parts of the following roads in Ulverston: -

i) U5729 (Beech Bank); (ii) U5729 (Church Fields); (iii) U5729 (Sea View); and (iv) U5729 (Church Walk)
(b) Introduce "No Stopping on School Entrance Markings 8.00am-5.OOpm on School Days Only" restriction on thee U5729 (Church Walk).
