Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2022/24273/FUL. Proposal: Full application for up to 28 dwellings for R N Wooler & Co Ltd. Location: Land Off The A65, Crookrise, Skipton. The Site Is An Open Agricultural Field & Lies Off The A6131 On The Eastern Edge Of The Market Town Of Skipton, South Of The A65 Which Runs Along The Northern Boundary. Reason(s): Is a Major Development proposal. Application No: 2022/24368/FUL. Proposal: Demolition of existing building and replacement with two holiday lets for Mr T Fitton. Location: The Old School Bank Newton. Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Application No: 2022/24352/HH. Proposal: Proposed garden room at rear for Mr D Charlwood. Location: 20 Main
Street Embsay BD23 6RE Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Application No: 2022/24342/VAR. Proposal: Application for variation of condition no. 2 (Approved Plans) on original planning consent referenced 2022/23632/FUL for Inghams Design And Build Ltd. Location: Land West Of Dovetail Colne Road Cowling Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2022/24256/HH. Proposal: Installation
of 10 roof solar panels on the back of the house, 2 on the front roof and 1 on the side roof for Mr Craig Gannon. Location: 23 Gainsborough Court Skipton BD23 1QG Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2022/24329/LBC. Proposal: The proposal concerns minor external repair works to the property including remedial works to failed renders, replacement of roof surfaces and fixing leaking joints on rainwater goods. The proposal also introduces a balustrade/railing to the existing ramp at the front of the building to aid disabled persons with access to the pub for JD Wetherspoon PLC.
