NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (1A) AND ARTICLE 15 (2)(b) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED) OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION WHICH IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT, AND WHICH DOES NOT ACCORD WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
Proposed development at: Land North of Sky Studios Elstree, Rowley Lane, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. Reference: - 22/1526/FULEI
I give notice that Legal And General Investment Management And Sky Studios Limited is applying to Hertsmere Borough Council for planning permission for Development of a film and television production studio (Use Class E(g)(ii)) with ancillary floorspace, backlot, new access arrangements, car parking, landscaping, infrastructure and associated works and is accompanied by an environmental statement.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts WD6 1WA during all reasonable hours until 31st October 2022 or on the Council's website
