Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpaths FL7 (Part) in the Parish of Felton and PW8A (Part) in the Parish of Preston Wynne Public Path Diversion Order 2021

On 13th September, 2022 Herefordshire Council ("the Council") confirmed the above Order under section 119 Highways Act 1980 ("the Act").
The effect of the order, as confirmed, is to divert those parts of Footpath FL7 Felton and PW9A Preston Wynne as follows:

The existing routes of footpath FL7 running from OS Grid Reference SO 5758 4737 to OS Grid Reference SO 5717 4694 and footpath PW8A running from OS Grid Reference SO 5717 4694 to OS Grid Reference SO 5693 4685.
Alternative footpaths will be created as a replacement as follows:

The proposed new route of footpath FL7 being 2 metres in width running from OS Grid Reference SO 5758 4737 to OS Grid Reference SO 5730 4678 and footpath PW8A being 2 metres in width running from OS Grid Reference SO 5730 4678 to OS Grid Reference SO 5693 4685.

The Council confirms and certifies that all the provisions of the order have been satisfied and therefore the diversion takes effect on the above said confirmation date of this order, but, if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act, or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act, as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this notice, make an application to the High Court.
