NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1129 From The Whymm To Middlefield, Sutton Lake Sutton St Nicholas, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1129 From The Whymm To Middlefield, Sutton Lake Sutton St Nicholas, outside 'Soaklands'. Grid Fief: 354183/246969. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Sutton Hill onto Ridgeway Road, onto the C1125 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to new connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 5th of October 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
