Bromyard Road, Temporary Road Closure

Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: B4220, Bromyard Road, Cradley, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the B4220, Bromyard Road, Cradley, Bromyard Road B4220 65 Meters North West of Mines Farm entrance. Grid Ref: 371572/247879. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via B4220 onto the A44 onto the A465 onto the B4214 onto the A4103 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to pole works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 16th of October 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
