(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2022
[Provision of Disabled Persons' Parking Space On Bennett Street, Kidderminster]

On 8 September 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to Provide Disabled Persons' Parking on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminster: Bennett Street (North side): From a point 12 metres, north of Crowther Street, for a distance of 6 metres, in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 29 September 2022.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Kidderminster Library, Market Street, Kidderminster DY10 1AD and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

On 8 September 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to provide a disabled persons' parking space on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminster: Albert Road (East side): from a point, 28m North West of its junction with Offmore Road, for a distance of 6m, in a north westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 29 September 2022.

(U10303 Queensway, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U10303 Queensway from its junction with B4190
Kidderminster Road to its junction with U10304 Springhill Rise.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4190 Kidderminster Road, B4190 Habberley Road, C2129 Trimpley Lane, U10308 Cordle Marsh Road, U10303 Queens Way and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:
26 September 2022.

(U13605 Tanwood Lane, Chaddesley Corbett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U13605 Tanwood Lane from its junction with U13604 Sink Road to its junction with C2017 Drayton Road. Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U13605 Woodrow Lane, C2017 Briar Hill, C2017 The Village, A448 Kidderminster Road, C2059 Woodcote Lane, U13605 Chaddesley Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:
27 September 2022.

(C2024 Pensax, Pensax) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2024 Pensax from its junction with B4202
Pensax to its junction with C2192 Pensax Common.
Reason: Replace existing BT pole by HSC Worcester Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4202 Pensax, B4202 Clows Top Road, C2230 The Common, A443 Stockton Road, C2024 Stockton and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing:
17 October 2022.
(C2200 Chaddesley Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of C2200 Chaddesley Road from its junction with A449 Chester Road North to its junction with A448 Comberton Road. Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A448 Comberton Road, A449 Chester Road North and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 26 September 2022.

(A451 Stourport Road and B4549 Sutton Park Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: Closure 1: To close that part of A451 Stourport Road from its junction with A4535 Sutton Road to its junction with A4420 Silverwoods Way. Closure 2: To close that part of B4549 Sutton Park Road from its junction with A451 Stourport Road to its junction with U12100 Connaught Avenue & U12045 Reservoir Road. Reason: Drainage work/flood alleviation by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion 1 - Closure 1: A4420 Silverwood Way, A442 Worcester Road, A451 The Ringway, A451 Stourport Road and vice versa Diversion 2 - Closure 2: B45491 Sutton Park Road, A456 Bewdley Hill, A45351 Sutton Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days Commencing: 26 September 2022.

(C2172 Wilden Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2172 Wilden Lane from its junction with A449 Hoobrook Roundabout to its junction with U11319 Bigbury Lane. Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2175 Wilden Lane, B4193 Hartlebury Road, B4193 Rectory Lane, A449 Worcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 13 days Commencing:
17 October 2022.
