Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2022

Notice if hereby given that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.

Where & What: Sunnyhill Road, o/s No. 15 and the Church site - road closed, no parking, no waiting, no loading/unloading at any time.
When: From Monday 3 October to Friday 28 October 2022
Why: to facilitate a connection to the mains sewer and surface water drains and construction of a new manhole by R Moore Contractors
Access: Full Emergency Service access will be maintained. Access for residents also maintained depending on site safety.
Diversion: Layton Road, Ashley Road, Albert Road, remainder of Sunnyhill Road and vice versa

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.

The Council regrets any inconvenience caused by this Traffic Order.
