ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL HIGH HOUSE AVENUE, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near High House Avenue, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of High House Avenue from a point outside No. 10 High House Avenue to a point outside No 10 High House Avenue.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via High House Avenue (unaffected section), High House Road, Idle Road, Myers Lane and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 3rd October 2022 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on the 5th October 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
