Footpath From Aspen Lane To Mill Lane Near West End Primary School, Oswaldtwistle Definitive Map Modification Order 2021

The above Order, made on the 20th October 2021, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for the area, by recording a Footpath from Aspen Lane, Oswaldtwistle, passing through the entrance onto the access road leading to All Saints Church and running in an approximately north north westerly direction to the east of the church and adjacent to Oswaldtwistle West End Primary School playing field to Mill Lane. The length of the route is 0.06km.

Any representations about, or objections to the Order may be sent in writing by email to

or by letter to Simon Moore, Lancashire County Council, PO Box 78, County Hall, Preston, PR1 8XJ (REF: LSG4/888.2237/SM18) not later than 04 November 2022 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which they are made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, Lancashire County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for the Environment, may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
