ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL WESTMINSTER GARDENS, CLAYTON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas works to be executed on or near Westminster Gardens, Clayton has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Westminster Gardens from a point outside No. 13/15 Westminster Drive to a point outside No. 25/27 Westminster Drive.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Westminster Gardens (unaffected section), Westminster Drive and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 26th September 2022 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on the 7th October 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
