North Yorkshire County Council, Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District Of Craven, Amendment No. 45, Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that on 16/09/22 we made this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013' by introducing the following restrictions; Disabled Parking Bay - Ward Street, Skipton (South side), from a point 0.8m north west of the boundary wall of no. 10 & 12 Ward Street to a point 6.6m south east.


Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District Of Craven, Amendment No. 46, Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that on 16/09/22 we made this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the following restrictions; Disabled Parking Bay - Russell Street, Skipton (south side), from a point 0.8m south west of the boundary wall of no. 22 & 24 Russell Street to a point 6.6m north west.


Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District Of Craven, Amendment No. 47, Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that on 16/09/22 we made this Order under Sections 1 (1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the following restrictions; Disabled Parking Bay - Neville Street, Skipton (south side), from a point 0.8m west of the boundary wall of no. 31 & 33 Neville Street to a point 6.6m east. A copy of the above Orders, which come into operation on 26/09/22, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton & at Skipton Library, High Street, Skipton, BD23 1JX during normal office hours from 22/09/22 to 28/10/22 & also viewed online at

If you wish to question the validity of the above Orders or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 16/09/22 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District of Craven, Amendment No. 42, Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that on 09/09/22 we made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified below.
Prohibition of waiting & loading & provision of parking - Manor Way, Sutton-ln-Craven (south side), from a point 39.9m south west of the south channel line of North Road to a point 46.5m south west of the south channel line of North Road. A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 23/09/22, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton & at South Craven Community Library, Main Street, Cross Hills, BD20 8TQ during normal office hours from 22/09/22 to 21 /10/22 & also viewed online at

Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District of Craven, Amendment No. 44, Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that on 09/09/22 we have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the residents disabled bay specified below.
Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking - Crosshills Road, Cononle (north side), from a point 11.9m north west of the centre line of Windle Lane to a point 6.6m north west. A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 23/09/22, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton & at South Craven Community Library, Main Street, Cross Hills, BD20 8TQ during normal office hours from 22/09/22 to 21/10/22 & also viewed online at
