NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) PARISH OF WYLAM PUBLIC FOOTPATH No 6 (TEMPORARY PUBLIC FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use of Parish of Wylam Public Footpath No 6, in the County of Northumberland. The length of Public Footpath No 6 which is affected is as follows:-Parish of Wylam Public Footpath No 6 From a point immediately south-west of number 27 Bluebell Drive, Wylam in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 175 metres then continuing in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 30 metres over an area of green space to a point immediately east of number 32 Dene Road, Wylam. There is no alternative route. The Order is to be effective from the 3rd October 2022 until the 31st October 2022. The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council in the interests of public safety to facilitate path resurfacing works. Dated this 22nd day of September 2022.
