The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

The Council has received the following planning application which is located
within a Conservation Area Conservation Area: Market Place
A/22/94268/RET Change of use to outdoor drinking area including the provision
of outdoor seating and bar, together with the erection of a 3.26m high screen
fence and retractable canopy (Retrospective Application)
MAJ Major Development LB Affecting setting of Listed Building DEP Departure
from Development Plan EIA Environmental Impact Assessment Submitted
CA Affecting a Conservation Area RW Affecting a Public Right of Way
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal,
which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the
Conservation Area. The application forms, plans and other documents submitted
