(Ascot Place and Conway Place, Perkinsville) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on the following 300 metre lengths of footpath/footway in Perkinsville: Conway Place -17 metres along the northern gable of number 7; 16 metres along the northern gable of number 10 and 54 metres between numbers 16 (east side) to 55 (north side) Ascot Place / Courtney Drive - a 45 metre length to the rear of numbers 10-18 Ascot Place, adjacent to property numbers 2 to 18,1 to 13, and 20 to 42. to enable gas main replacement works to be undertaken. Alternative routes available via local footpaths and footways. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 11/10/22 and are anticipated to be completed in 15 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
