Application tor a Variation to the Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Lidl Great Britain Limited has applied to London Borough of Sutton for a Variation to the premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Lidl Great Britain Limited, 16-18 Beddington Gardens, Wallington, SM6 0HU The proposed variation is to update the layout plan attached to the licence as the store is being refurbished and extended. The changes will include, Shop floor extending into part of the existing warehouse; Construction of a dividing wall to reduce the width of the Sales Area and create a side Warehouse; Extension to the front of the store for additional sales area; Relocation of existing staff welfare areas and Internal layout changes. - Alteration to the times the licence authorises the carrying on of licensable activity to remove seasonal variation of Christmas Day 12:00 noon until 15:00 and then from 19:00 until 2230 and Good Friday 08:00-22:30 - Inclusion of a new seasonal variation: 14 days prior to the 25th December each year and during the 7 days up to and including Easter Sunday, the premises licence to authorise the sale of alcohol between the hours of 07:00 - 23:00 daily, - Removal of Embedded Restrictions relating to the permitted hours, - Additional conditions offered to promote the licensing objectives.
