APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF JETTY AND SLIPWAY

Notice is hereby given that Tracey Clarke has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the construction of a new jetty and slipway at the rear of 58 Pearce Avenue. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Canford Cliffs Library, Western Road, Canford Cliffs Poole BH13 7BN.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at. www.marinemanagement.org.uk/ publicregister

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to ellen.moir@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 30th July 2013, quoting reference

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
