The Haringey (Ashley Road, Burdock Road & Chesnut Road N17) (Temporary Prohibition And Restriction Of Traffic) Order 2022

The Council of the London Borough of Haringey intends to make the Temporary Traffic Order described below under S14(1) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:-

Ashley Road N17 East and West (Galliford Try), Burdock Road N17 & Chesnut Road N17

General Effect of Order
Ashley Road N17
1) Suspension of loading bay, the north-east side, at its junction with Watermead Way;

2) introduction of waiting and loading restrictions with an exemption for HGVs connected with the works, the south-west side at its junction with Watermead Way, 18 metres in length;

3) introduction of waiting and loading restrictions with an exemption for HGVs connected with the works, the north­east side, adjacent to the entrance to Berol Yard, 36 metres in length;

4) introduction of waiting and loading restrictions, both sides, between its junctions with Hale Road and

Burdock Road.
5) road closure between its junctions with Hale Road and Burdock Road;

Burdock Road N17
introduction of waiting and loading restrictions, both sides, between its junctions with Ashley Road and Watermead Way, with an exemption for the bus stand.
Chesnut Road N17
1) Suspension of parking and introduction of no waiting/no loading restrictions between its junction with Hamilton Close and the north-eastern boundary of No. 1 Fairbanks Road.

2) road closure between its junctions with Park View Road and Fairbanks Road;

3) banned left and right turns into Park View Road and Fairbanks Road;

4) suspension of parking and introduction of no waiting/no loading restrictions, both sides, between its junction with Park View Road and the north-eastern boundary of No. 1 Fairbanks Road; suspension of parking, with an exemption for loading/unloading by heavy goods vehicles connected with the works, the south-west side, from a point 10 metres south-east of its junction with Fairbanks Road and a point 10 metres north-west of its junction with Park View Road.

Agreed Site Working Arrangements
During the following dates and times:-
Deliveries can be undertaken during school holidays as per agreed timings,
and will be monitored: 06:30 - 07:30 vehicles can enter site.
At all other times outside of school holiday periods the HGV extended
delivery timings should apply:
Deliveries can enter site before 07:00
