Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Berrick Salome/Newington Road Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 19 September 2022 Coming into force: 27 September 2022 This Order is being introduced because of GPR Survey works which are anticipated to be completed 12 October 2022. This will operate between 20:00 and 06:00hours. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the length of the unnamed road from the junction adjacent with Benson Parish Council to the junction with the A329. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic affected by the closure is via A329, Thame Road, New Road, A4074, B4009, Unnamed Road and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T10799/MR)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Benson, Churchfield Lane Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 3 October 2022 Coming into force: 10 October 2022 This Order is being introduced because of reinforcement to the existing main by laying a new main works which are anticipated to take 2 weeks to complete working 24hrs each day. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Churchfield Lane. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road.
The alternative route for traffic is along B4009 and A4074. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T10644/MR)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Wantage, Naldertown Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 10 October 2022 Coming into force: 18 October 2022 This Order is being introduced because of sewer repairs which are anticipated to be completed 31 October 2022. Works will operate between 08:00 and 17:00hrs Monday to Friday and 08:00 and13:00hrs Saturday. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the western most end of Naldertown (cul-de-sac). Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T10705/AC)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Thame, Footpath Closure Conduit Hill Rise to Coombe Hill Crescent Date of Order: 10 October 2022 Coming into force: 18 October 2022 This Order is being introduced for installation of fibre cable ducting which is anticipated to be completed 24 October 2022. 24 hours restriction, access will be maintained for residents outside normal working hours. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily the footpath in front of Nos.10-24 Conduit Hill Rise and 25-43 Coombe Hill Crescent. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. The alternative route for those affected by the closure is via Conduit Hill Rise, footpath in front of 45-65 Coombe Hill Crescent, footpath in front of 77-83 Coombe Hill Crescent and side of 49 Conduit Hill Rise, and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T10629/AC)
