(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 3-33-FP4 RAMSGREAVE. RIBBLE VALLEY BOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport has agreed to the above Order, which was due to expire on the 2nd November, 2022, remaining in force until the 1st November, 2023, or until the works are completed within this period.

The effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding over that length of the Public Footpath, indicated below:
Part of Public Footpath 3-33-FP4 Ramsgreave, Ribble Valley, from Point A (SD 3680 - 4307) in a generally north, north westerly direction for approximately 115 metres to Point B (SD 3679 - 4308) at the junction with Public Footpath 3-33-FP3 Ramsgreave.

The temporary closure is necessary whilst works are carried out on or near the footpath.
Access for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to the footpath, or to any other premises accessible for pedestrians from, and only from, the footpath, will be maintained at all times.
Nothing in the order shall apply to emergency service vehicles or to those undertaking the works.
