I/We Masala Art Limited HAVE APPLIED TO DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL COUNCIL FOR VARIATION IN PREMISES LICENCE For the provision of:
The change in Opening hours and sale of alcohol from Mon to Sun 12:00 PM until 23:45 PM. During Special occasions like Christmas and New Year's Eve, alcohol will be served until 2:00 AM on premise AT Masala Art, 4A Houndgate, Darlington, DL1 5RL.

Any person or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Darlington Borough Council, The Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT, Where the application may be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday. By: - 10th October, 2022.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000), under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
